Dr. James Likoudis' incivise and penetrating perspective cuts through the tangle of problematic objections and issues by the Eastern Orthodox as these relate to the Catholic Church. In this book review, Dr. Likoudis is able to demonstrate that consequent to the Schism from the "Cathedra Petri" the Orthodox lost their Catholicity, and therefore no longer possess Catholic Unicity. Thus, the Orthodox, rationalizing this lack of Unity with The Apostolic See (also among themselves), has resulted in a deeply flawed Theology, which in turn begets a faulty Ecclesiology (remember: Lex Orandi, Lex Credendi). In 20 pages or so, Dr. Likoudis responds point by point, to the how's and the why's of Eastern Orthodox' objections in the book "This Broken Body..." by Fr. Laurent Cleenewerck.

"Church, Papacy and Schism"
By Philip Sherrard
(Denise Harvey Publisher, 340 05 Limni, Evia, Greece; 1978; 2nd ed. 1996; 116 pp)
This polemic by an Eastern Orthodox emphasized that "the issue of the papacy is a theological issue, fundamentally an issue of Christological and Trinitarian theology". James Likoudis challenges and refutes the author's contention that the Papacy constitutes a "corruption of patristic ecclesiology".

"POPES AND PATRIARCHS"
By Michael Whelton
Dr. James Likoudis' full length review and analysis of the Eastern Orthodox book "POPES AND PATRIARCHS" by former Catholic Michael Whelton, in which he denies the Petrine Primacy of the Pope in the Church as explained in Pope Leo XIII's famous encyclical "Satis Cognitum". In this review Dr. Likoudis exposes the faulty logic and maze of contradictions in Mr. Whelton's book.
